Nicki began dating him before she was famous, and they split in 2014. As for Erica, she was married to Safaree from 2019-2022.
Erica bad mouthed Nicki over her ex-husband in the past, and now she’s apologizing. She did it while being interviewed on Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blonde podcast.

“It’s funny how life comes full circle, because the same thing he did to her, he’s doing to me years later,” said Erica. “I owe this woman an apology, because I sat here and allowed him to talk about her to me. From that came me saying things and defending and vouching for him and speaking up on her in a way that was tacky. Because at the end of the day, I didn’t know the truth … Everything she has ever said about him is true.”
One of the last times Safaree and Erica made headlines is when Safaree posted a video of his ex-wife attacking him.
