Santino Casio is the prisoner accused of stabbing Tory Lanez 14 times.

In a jailhouse interview, he admitted to stabbing Tory and said he did it because Tory had threatened him and put money on his head and believes he acted in self-defense.

“Everything led up to that day … I heard some rumors that he was trying to put money on my head. Ā He felt uncomfortable living next to me. Ā Said I was I threat. Ā So I confronted him … He said he heard that I put money on his head. Ā So we had a discussion, whatever. Ā So the next morning I come out to see if everything was good. Ā He said, yeah, so I was going back into my cell. Ā And when I look back instead of walking back to his cell he was walking toward my door. Ā He stood in front of my cell, looked back at his boys, made a little smirk. Ā And he told me he had something in his pocket. Ā It looked to me that it could be a weapon. Ā So I rushed in. Ā I snatched him. Ā Took advantage of him because he was weak Ā Keep slaming him and stabbing him,” Ā Casio explained, adding he wasn’t trying to kill Lanez and believe he stabbed him first.

According to Casio, things between him and Lanez were cool at first. Ā However, their relationship deteriorated after he confronted Tory about talking too much.

Do you think that is what happened?
