Thirty Five years.

That’s how much time Taxstone was sentenced to this week after being convicted of shooting and killing Troy Ave’s bodyguard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter in 2016.

In all, the former podcast host was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, two counts of assault in the first degree, one count of assault in the second degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree after Troy testified against him.

Taxstone responded to the 35-year-sentence and is confident that he won’t do the full three and a half decades.

“Just got 35 years for being victimized and reversing the situation the beauty in it all is … I’m not doing 35,” he tweeted on Tuesday, June 20. “Be safe tho … Let’s make a bet … Don’t bend Don’t Break Don’t Shiver Don’t Shake.”

Any reaction to Taxstone’s tweets?
