Friday’s set of new releases has brought along a New York posse cut. Netflix, Mass Appeal Records, and Radha Blank (also known as RadhaMUSprime) recruited five MCs for “The Mecca.” Nas, Ghostface Killah, Styles P, Remy Ma and Dave East all appear on the track, which can be streamed below.

The song will appear on RadhaMUSprime’s film The Forty-Year-Old Version, which she wrote, directed, produced and stars in. The film will also be available for viewing in select theaters. The film revolves around a playwright in the city who looks to pair hip-hop and theater after experiencing tough luck.

The movie won the Dramatic Competition Directing Award at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.

“Hip-hop is the heartbeat of my movie,” Blank said in a press release. “It’s the symphony of my life. So I’m beyond thrilled to present with my Mass Appeal family, “The Mecca,” a single inspired by The Forty-Year-Old Version featuring five of the greatest living emcees New York ever made. “The Mecca” is a head-nodding masterpiece and a lyricist’s map of the city. This song represents what makes hip-hop culture king and what makes my city classic.”

The cast includes Blank, Imani Lewis from films like Eighth Grade, No Human Involved, and Vampires vs. The Bronx, Reed Birney from House of Cards and The Blacklist, Welker White from films like Wolf of Wall Street and The Irishman, and more. Stream “The Mecca” on all major digital streaming platforms.
