We may have a motive in the murder of Julio Foolio, who was gunned down outside of a Tampa Holiday Inn.
Rashad Murphy, who is among those arrested for Foolio’s murder, is the older brother of Joerod Adams, aka 1200 Spazz.
In 2018, Spazz was shot and killed by Foolio’s right-hand man, Robert Howard, aka Kenny Kapps. Following the murder, Foolio made several songs dissing Spazz and his affiliates were filmed pissing on Spazz’s grave.

Murphy, Sean Gathright, Isaiah Chance, and Alicia Andrews have been arrested for stalking and killing Foolio. Davion Murray is also wanted by the police.
Gathright has been tied to a previous attempt on Foolio’s life.
