EST Gee and his camp are in mourning today, because the rapper’s manager, Devontae Beach, was shot and killed early Sunday morning in his hometown of Louisville. He was 31 years old.

A local news outlet said Beach was found dead inside a vehicle in the 800 block of West Main Street.

The murder is now being investigated by Louisville Metro Police Department’s Homicide Unit, and there are no suspects or a motive at the moment.

EST Gee, who hasn’t commented on the killing yet, was in Louisville for Summer Jam, held at the KFC Yum! Center. Lil Baby also played at the show, as did Yo Gotti, Icewear Veezo, Lil Baby, and others.

Plus, another local news outlet said there were major security concerns for the concert, based on police intelligence, because there was talk of violence taking place.
