Entitled D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape, the Dreamville crew will be included in the roster of legendary Gangsta Grillz mixtapes, including fellow collaborators Lil Wayne, Jeezy and T.I., who will appear at the festival this weekend.

The mixtape would mark the label’s fourth collaborative effort, following Revenge of the Dreamers series which includes their 2019 Grammy-nominated album Revenge of the Dreamers III, featuring a star-studded lineup including Saba, Vince Staples, Baby Tate and more.

From April 2nd to 3rd, Dreamville Records will host their second music festival, returning to Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh. With a headlining set from J. Cole which will close the festival, the inaugural festival was last held in 2019 following the untimely passing of Nipsey Hussle. Over the weekend, the label’s roster including Ari Lennox, Bas, J.I.D, EarthGang, Cozz, Omen, and Lute will perform.

In 2021, Tyler, the Creator recruited DJ Drama for his Grammy-nominated album CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, while the producer also joined Jim Jones and Fat Joe on mixtapes We Set the Trends and What Would Big Do 2021, respectively.

Beginning at $249.99 for GA admission to both days of the festival, tickets for Dreamville Festival 2022 are still on sale.
