It’s been almost three years since the slap heard around the world at the Academy Awards
Insiders who know Will Smith (the slapper) and Chris Rock (the slapped) recently spoke InTouch about the current relationship between the two men.
“[Smith] will never forgive Chris for ruining his life,”an insider said. “He still hates the guy and his smug attitude.”
Will has also been reveling in the bad press Rock has been getting lately for not letting go of the incident and “alienating people left and right.”
“Chris isn’t the victim here, not in Will’s opinion… A lot of people would agree with Will and think what’s happening to Chris is karma for refusing to speak to Will or accept his apology.”
As for Rock, he may have been permanently traumatized by the incident.
“He suffers from PTSD. Like Will, he’s never recovered from that slap,” said an insider.
