The jury in the YNW Melly double murder trial could not come up with a verdict, resulting in a mistrial.
Melly, who is accused of killing his YNW crewmates Juvy and Sakchaser, will be tried again beginning on October 9.
This morning Melly is in court, where he learned his new date.
As he left, he mouthed “I’m coming home” at the camera.
Melly still hasn’t been granted bail, so we guess he means he’s going to beat the case when he’s tried again.
