A white rapper learned the hard way just how inappropriate dropping the “n-word” is during a battle — or, anywhere.
In a video clip shared to Twitter, the heavily bearded MC is in the middle of his verse when he spits, “I ain’t like these other battle rappers/They talk too much/Saying I can’t use the ‘n’ word in this battle/My nigga ….” and before he can finish the line, he catches a punch to the face.
Unsurprisingly, chaos ensues.

The rapper who took the punch has been identified as William Wolf. Last month, he battled fellow rapper TD Berry for Gates Of The Garden battle league where he, once again, tackled the “n-word” topic.
“All this dark skin vs light skin shit/What was the point of Brown versus the Board of Education when in modern day, y’all diss and kill each other over a slight difference in pigmentation?/But I can’t use the ‘n-word’ in the hood/Well, that’s news to me/When he say it, it’s a term of endearment/When I say it, it’s racist/Cut the foolery/I don’t say that shit in the hood.”
He adds that he only uses that as a “street term to represent the unity.” But evidently, that doesn’t fly with everyone.
