Slim Thug is certainly a mixtape artist.

He’s dropped at least 20 of them over the years.

But is he “the” mixtape artist?

Slim says he is.  The Houston rapper claims nobody has ever made us much money on mixtapes as he has.

“I’ve learned self-value from day one. No n*gga underground made more money on mixtapes than me independently,” the *43-year old claimed Not them n-ggas Drama and them either. They was giving they sh*t away. Our wholesale price was eight bucks. No n*gga was getting more money than us who did it that long. No n*gga did it as long as Slim.   Underground, getting paid off mixtapes. No n*gga, period.”

Does this sound right?
