The first of four men charged in the killing of Pop Smoke has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and home invasion.
The man — who was 17 at the time of the killing and is now 20 — will serve 50 months (four years and two months) at a juvenile facility.
The man, whose name is being withheld because he was juvenile, won’t get credit for the two years and eight months he’s already served.
Two other juveniles and 19-year-old Corey Walker are also charged with the killing.
The four men targetted the Los Angeles home Pop was staying in after he flexed a gift bag on social media.
They ended up shooting the drill rapper in the shower and fenced the Rolex they stole from him for $2000.
