Since the Tweets appear to be from a female’s perspective, it’s possible that rather than being closeted, Rylo just bought the account and didn’t bother to check the old Tweets.
Rylo hadn’t posted anything on the page since 2021.
Now it’s looking like he should have just deleted it.
