Mariah Carey has announced two-date revue Merry Christmas to All, which will hit New York City and Toronto in December.

Mariah Carey is spreading Christmas joy to New York City and Toronto this holiday season. On Monday (October 24), the “Songbird Supreme” announced her two-date holiday revue Merry Christmas to All, which will run on December 11 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, and December 13 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The Merry Christmas to All shows are slated to be Carey’s only holiday shows this year. General tickets for both performances will be available starting Friday, October 28 at 10 AM ET via Live Nation. Upon purchase, fans will also be able to score an exclusive t-shirt along with Carey’s new illustrated Christmas fairytale The Christmas Princess, which will release on November 1. The book was co-authored by Carey and Michaela Angela Davis (who also co-wrote Carey’s 2020 autobiography, The Meaning of Mariah Carey), and illustrated by Fuuji Takashi,

Last year, Carey’s 1994 classic “All I Want for Christmas is You” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, also becoming the first song in the chart’s history to have had three distinct runs at the top ranking. Also in 2021, Carey attempted to register the term “Queen of Christmas,” which upset carolers Darlene Love and Elizabeth Chan, so much so that the latter went to court to prevent Carey and other artists from using the title.

Carey later expressed her thoughts on the matter, saying, “That was other people, and I just want to humbly say that I don’t consider myself that. I’m someone that loves Christmas, that happened to be blessed to write ‘All I want For Christmas Is You.’ And a lot of other Christmas songs. And let’s face it, you know, everybody’s faith is what it is. But to me, [the Virgin] Mary is the Queen of Christmas.”
