The Brooklyn-based band, Makes My Blood Dance, have built a reputation by merging and mutating the genes of metal with disco, glam, and electropop.

Led by vocalist and founder EV0 alongside guitarist and synth architect Jon Kristian, Makes My Blood Dance operate outside the rulebook — ripping open sounds, rewiring them, and allowing intuition to shape the outcome.

Makes My Blood Dance operate on the idea that metal doesn’t have to lose its power to gain movement, and disco doesn’t need to sacrifice muscle to feel alive. Their songs balance grit and groove with a dark electronic edge, creating a sound that swings without softening its impact.

Naturally, all that energy belongs on the road. In early February 2026, Makes My Blood Dance kick off a relentless U.S. run alongside Smile Empty Soul, weaving through Texas, the Midwest, and the Southeast with stops in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Nashville, Raleigh, and North Charleston, among others.

The next phase arrives under the banner No Love Without Blood, a self-led run that begins February 22 and pushes through March 1, cutting across South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. These shows lean fully into Makes My Blood Dance’s identity — higher voltage, and sets built to collapse the distance the between band and the crowd.

But the road doesn’t stop there. After a brief reset, Makes My Blood Dance re-emerge in late April, joining Powerman 5000 and 12 Stones for a massive coast-to-coast spring tour running from April 24 through May 30. The run spans California to New York, hitting rooms like DNA Lounge in San Francisco, Trees in Dallas, The Meadows in Brooklyn, Machine Shop in Flint, Q Casino in Dubuque, and Brick By Brick in San Diego, alongside festivals and club dates that blur the line between concert and controlled detonation.

By the time the tour wraps at the end of May, Makes My Blood Dance won’t just have logged miles, they’ll have tested their music in every possible environment. Clubs, theaters, festivals.

For Makes My Blood Dance, motion is the message.
