Lil Durk’s $4.5 million bail package for his federal murder-for-hire case was rejected earlier this year.
It appears the issue is the amount of money, rather than Smurk being un-bondable.
Yesterday, a district judge stated the packages Durk has presented aren’t enough to ensure he would appear for trial, but also noted that prosecutors haven’t presented strong enough evidence to justify keeping him in jail.
The Feds have argued that if Durk is out, he will try to intimidate witnesses.
