Kodak Black has been in federal prison for over two months.

His latest criminal ordeal started when the cops in Florida caught him with what they said was cocaine, oxycodone, and an expired license. That was a violation of his federal probation, and the feds came in and scooped him up.

He’s been in jail without bail since.

Today, a judge dismissed the drug charges against Yak because a lab text proved what the cops thought was cocaine wasn’t cocaine.

His lawyer has filed a motion to have his bond reinstated.

Kodak is on probation for lying on a gun application, a charge he pleaded guilty to. In January 2021, then-president Donald Trump commuted the last 30 months of Yak’s 46-month sentence, allowing him to come home.

However, because he wasn’t pardoned, Yak may have to serve the rest of the sentence if he violates his probation.

It’s unclear how much getting the coke charges dismissed will help him with that.
