If you have ever been to a Chick-Fil-A you’d know the fast food chain’s workers tend to be happier than the workers at other popular fast food chains.
Kevin Gates recently tested the loyalty of a Chick-Fil-A employee, offering her 45K to quit on the spot.

She turned him down.
What it is about Chick-Fil-A? They don’t really pay more than other fast-food chains. (And Gates’s little experiment suggests their workers aren’t that money motivated.)
Is it because they get Sundays off?
