Justin Timberlake was arrested in The Hamptons for DWI in the early hours of Monday, June 17.Â
As TMZ explains it, he was partying with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor before getting into a vehicle to drive wherever he was staying.
The NSYNC singer then ran a stop sign, and began swerving, so he was pulled over. Cops asked him to take a breathalyzer after that, but he refused.Â
Justin also failed a field sobriety test after being asked to walk and turn and do a one-legged stand.
He was taken into custody, already posted bail, and was charged with one count of DWI. Plus, he received a citation for running the stop sign, and failing to stay in his lane.Â
His court date is scheduled for July 26.
