Julio Foolio was murdered outside of a Tampa Holiday Inn in June while celebrating his 26th birthday.
In the days after he died, his social media continued like he was still alive.
He’s also been spotted around town in the clothes he was killed in.
That has sparked rumors that Foolio is either still alive or a zombie.
His mom has pushed back on at least the social media, explaining somebody had taken control of her son’s phone after he died, but now she’s back in control. [Jump to 48 minutes.]

“I’m running his account now. Before, somebody had his password or whatever and I’m just able to retrieve it from his phone,” she said. “Before, I wasn’t running his account. But as of right now, you can see the different stuff on there now, me posting songs. Now, I am running the account.”
