Drake has already played a role in the trial of the three men accused of robbing and killing XXXTentacion.

Lawyers for the defense have suggested that Drake — who was beefing with XXX at the time of his murder — was involved in the crime and have called out law enforcement for not looking into any ties between Drake and the killers.

Now they will able to depose Drizzy to that effect.

Yesterday, the judge in case ordered Drake to sit for a deposition on February 24.  The defense had scheduled Drake for a deposition last month but he skipped it.

Now he has no choice but to attend.

Robert Allen, who took a plea deal in the murder and is testifying against the other three accused killers, has already said that neither Drake nor anyone else was involved in the crime.

But now the defense will get a chance to shake the Drake tree and see if anything drops out.
