DJ Envy has been involved in all sorts of real estate wheeling and dealing over the years.
However, the radio host property empire has come crashing down with the word “ponzi scam” being thrown around.
How bad is it?
Last month, Envy and his partner, Cesar Pina, were sued for $1.5 million for an apartment complex they were paid for but never materialized. Now, more lawsuits are coming to light.
Joe Budden thinks Envy is going to jail.
“Them n*ggas is going to jail.  I keep trying to keep it low.  Envy and Cesar  I hope not.  Bu this case I got in my phone,” Budden said of the lawsuit.
