It’s been a tough run for some of JAY-Z’s most iconic properties.

Yesterday, his annual Made In America concert in Philadelphia was canceled.

Now his original 40/40 Club in Manhattan has shut down.

The good news is they plan to reopen another location in NYC sometime next year.

At its peak, there were five 40/40 Clubs around the country.  Currently, there is just one in the Barclays Center.
