BeyHive members are praising seventh Beyoncé album Renaissance, which released on Friday with features from Tems, Grace Jones and Beam.

According to BeyHive members, the new Beyoncé album Renaissance is the singer’s most dance-worthy effort yet. Prior to the album’s midnight release on Friday (July 29), Queen Bey thanked her loyal fanbase with a handwritten note for refraining from listening to the album’s leak.

“So, the album leaked, and you all actually waited until the proper release time so you all can enjoy it together. I’ve never seen anything like it,” she wrote. “I can’t thank y’all enough for your love and protection. I appreciate you for calling out anyone that was trying to sneak into the club early. It means the world to me. Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for being patient. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will continue to give my all and do my best to bring you joy.”

Using hashtags #Beyoncé, #ClubRenaissance, and #Renaissance, fans swarmed Twitter and praise and hot takes about the album. Contributors to the album including stylist K.J. Moody and media personality T.S. Madison also shared their gratitude for being included on the album’s making. Slave Play writer Jeremy O. Harris also recorded The Internet member and “Plastic Off the Sofa” co-writer Syd vibing to the song while in Tokyo last night.

‘Club Renaissance’ listening parties were also held globally, with signature cocktails and the disco-ball designed horse from the Renaissance album cover joining the festivities.
