It’s not just the Osbourne family who are angry that Kanye took a sample after they explicitly told him he couldn’t have it.
The family of the late Donna Summer says Ye used part of the disco queen’s smash hit “I Feel Love” in his new Vultures track “Good (Don’t Die)” even though they had declined his request.
Donna Summer’s husband, speaking on behalf of her estate, says that Kanye West asked permission to use her iconic song “I Feel Love.”
Summer’s family declined his request.
Kanye used the song anyway.

As for the Osbourne’s, Ozzy wife Sharon has echoed her husband’s sentiments over Ye sampling a live version of “War Pigs” even though he was told not to.
