New York, NY – Music mogul and Roc-A-Wear co-founder Dame Dash is reportedly accusing his ex-wife Rachel Roy of hoarding profits from her Rachel Roy Brand of clothes in a new lawsuit.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Dash says Rachel Roy Brand is a multi-million dollar empire sold in Bloomingdales and similar department stores but she conspired with several of the company’s financers to withhold his share of the profits, alleging they “manipulated, diverted, misappropriated, transferred, concealed and embezzled funds.”

A 2014 incident claims a royalty payment of $175,000 was withheld while in 2015, a similar accusation was made regarding $200,000. Dash also says he verbally agreed to a $1 million buyout — that was never honored.

The former couple were married in 2005 and seeing that the company was started in 2008 while they were still legally together, Dash says he’s entitled to royalties.

He’s suing for an undisclosed amount of money, depending on the accuracy of their records.

Dash, 48, is currently entangled in several other lawsuits, including a $50 million sexual battery case.
