Los Angeles, CA – Chris Brown is keeping up with the likes of Post Malone, Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane with a new face tattoo.
Tattoo artist Joaquin “Ganga” Lopez of Ganga Tattoo in Los Angeles made the big reveal Instagram on Tuesday (February 11), proudly showing off the R&B singer’s freshly inked Air Jordan 3 shoe. The tattoo is placed just under his right ear on his right cheek.
“More tattoos last night for my brother @chrisbrownofficial,” he wrote. “Here is this Jordan shoe that I did recently.”
Brown has been an avid Air Jordan collector over the years. It appears the multiplatinum-selling artist got the tattoo sometime before the Grammy Awards on January 26 considering it’s visible in several photos of Brown at the ceremony.
Prior to the Air Jordan 3 tattoo, Brown inked a tiny Black Pyramid logo on his right cheek and an even smaller triangle on his forehead as well, his only other face tattoos.
