Things are tense between longtime collaborators Boosie Badazz and Webbie, but Bun B is hoping to change that.

Shortly after Boosie aired out his dirty laundry with Webbie on Thursday (May 14), Bun shared Boosie’s post and spoke to both rappers in his Instagram caption. For the Texas Hip Hop legend, it’s a matter of getting the issues offline first. Then, he hopes the “Swerve” creators can move toward resolving them.

“I hate to see this for my brothers,” Bun wrote. “Shit happens between family all the time but we gotta keep this shit in house. Me and Pimp didn’t always see eye to eye but whatever the issue was we handled it behind closed doors. Like family supposed to. @officialboosieig @webbietrill whatever the problem is let’s chop it up like man and settle it. Pimp would hate to see this happen at all, let alone in public.”

Boosie and Webbie haven’t worked together over the past few years, leading to questions in recent months. In a January interview with VladTV, Boosie was adamant there was no beef and explained how the two simply weren’t on the same page. In March, fans inquired about their relationship on Instagram Live and Boosie’s response was less positive.

“Don’t ask me about no Webbie,” he said. “Do you see me with fuckin’ Webbie? Do you see me hanging with Webbie? Well don’t ask me about no fuckin’ Webbie.”

Shortly after calling Webbie out on Thursday, Boosie deleted his Instagram account.

However, his page has since been reinstated and the post remains.
