Lil Durk is being held without bond on murder for hire charges in the killing of Quando Rondo’s cousin Lul Pab.
His lawyers are trying to change that.
They asked for Smurk’s bond status to be reconsidered after federal prosecutors reportedly submitted false evidence involving Quando Rondo & Lul Pab, which was later revealed to be from fan-edited videos.
A judge has agreed, and there will be a bond hearing on May 8.
His team plans to present a proposed bail package—including $1 million in cash, $900,000 in real estate, $150,000 from an associate, 24/7 armed security, and electronic monitoring—to show that he is not a flight risk.
His trial is set for October 14. He is facing life in prison.
