Relli was struck in the hand and slightly wounded.

“He pointed the gun at me & said I’ll kill you right now pussy,” Relli said of the lead-up to the shooting.
Right before the trial began, Rocky turned down a plea deal that offered probation, a suspended sentence, and 180 days in jail.
He faces up to 24 years, and prosecutors are likely to ask for 10-12.
