In 2022, Kay Flock got hit with second-degree murder charges after getting caught on tape murking a man outside a Harlem barbershop.

He faces life in prison.  However, he’s said he won’t take any plea because it was self-defense, and he wants his day court.

He remains locked up until then.

Here is his latest photo from jail.

In addition to the New York state charges in 2023, Flock was charged in an unrelated federal RICO case for his involvement with the NYC-based Sev Side/DOA Gang.

More specifically, Flock is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.  He faces up to life in prison on that, too.
