In 2018, Drake was called out for grooming Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, who was then 14, after she said this on The Emmy’s Red Carpet.

“I met him in Australia, and he’s honestly so fantastic — a great friend and a great role model. … We just texted each other the other day, and he was like, ‘I miss you so much,’ and I was like, ‘I miss you more.’”

Creepy, right?

Brown quickly defended Drake from the Twitter mob who wanted him branded as a potential pedo.

“Why u gotta make a lovely friendship ur headline? U guys are weird… for real (sic),” she wrote in a note posted on her Instagram Stories. “Im lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance. Im very blessed to have amazing people in my life. U don’t get to choose that for me (sic).”

Five years later, Drake addressed the hurtful allegations in his For All The Dogs track, “Another Late Night”.

“Weirdos in my comments talking about some Millie Bobby, look,” Drake rapped. “Bring them jokes up to the gang, we get to really flocking, or send a finger to your mama in some FedEx boxes.”
