To promote their Her Loss album, Drake and 21 Savage created a fake Howard Stern interview, a fake SNL appearance, and a fake Vogue cover.

While Stern praised the fakery, the folks at Conde Naste, who owns Vogue, were not happy with the fake cover and sued Drake and Savage for $4 million for using their trademarks without their permission.

This week, they settled the case for an undisclosed amount.

According to Conde Naste, the payment will ā€œbolster our ongoing creative output, including Vogue editorial.ā€

They also got an injection that prevents Drake and Savage’s use of the magazineā€™s trademarks, including the name Vogue, in perpetuity.
