J.I.D recently said that he was bothered after freestyling on Funk Flex’s radio show in 2017 because he didn’t get a warm reaction from him.
Flex has since responded to the Atlanta rapper and everything seems to be all good between them.
“I silently retired away from the freestyles because I was mad at Flex because he didn’t respond the way I wanted to,” J.I.D told the Rap RadarPodcast. “It was like a childhood dream to get the bomb and I ain’t get the bomb or none of the hype, so I was a little upset.”
Flex responded to J.I.D on Instagram and had something kind to say.
“DID YALL KNOW THAT @JIDSV IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE ARTIST?” he wrote.”WHO WANTS TO HEAR ANOTHER JID FREESTYLE?”
The Dreamville artist responded to Flex in the comments, saying it’s all love and he’d like to come back to Flex’s for another freestyle.
