Backed with a brand new album disguised as a deluxe version, DaBaby has put one unit of legal drama behind him.

On Tuesday (August 17), The Blast reported the concert promoting company that sued the “ROCKSTAR” rapper” following a May 17, 2019 non-performance, settled the $100,000 lawsuit it filed out of court.

Nothing to Something ENTertainment, on behalf of Dame Dash nemesis Chris Brown, filed the lawsuit for alleged damages accrued after they claimed to have spent $30,000 promoting the concert that never happened.

DaBaby and his entourage skipped out on the show after a brawl transpired between local rapper Don Trag and the Interscope artist’s security outside the Centro Night Club in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

DaBaby reportedly followed through with a countersuit, accusing Nothing to Something ENTertainment security of lacking (seeing he never physically entered the venue) but they fired back in court, claiming DaBaby’s security team were “provided with the opportunity to avoid the altercation and beat Mr. Saladin [Don Trag] until be begged them to stop.”

DaBaby Sued Over Massachusetts Beatdown

The victim of the brawl in question, independent rapper Trag, has filed his own lawsuit, basically accusing DaBaby of failing to keep his dogs on a leash, while specifying injuries to his “eyes, head, neck, and spine” accompanied with “major brain and neck swelling,” as well as escaping a coma over the summer.
