Toronto, Canada – Tory Lanez isn’t letting the Instagram gods stop him. On Tuesday (April 7), shortly after he was banned from going live on the social media platform, Lanez started a new Instagram account named after his Quarantine Radio show.

Roughly one minute after launching the account, Lanez gathered over 27,000 followers. A Twitter user who goes by Saint Nayvadius pointed out the timeline of the Toronto rapper’s IG Live activity, noting Quarantine Radio peaked with over 350,000 viewers before the block.

Lanez was temporarily restricted from going live on his official Tory Lanez account after his viewers got a little out of hand. One woman in particular decided to stick a glass of milk between her bare butt cheeks and pour it all over herself, while several other women “twerked” for the camera.

Last week, Lanez invited Drake on to the show and allegedly broke an Instagram record for the most viewers at one time. The two Canadian artists talked about self-quarantining during the coronavirus pandemic.
