50 Cent is filing a million-dollar defamation suit against his child’s mother, Daphne Joy, after she accused him of raping and assaulting her.
“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned. Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. Â You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on. Â You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to perserve our family with the last and finally false claims made against me. Â You have broken our hearts for the last and final time,” she typed on social in March.
According to 50’s lawyers, when they asked her to take the post down, she demanded a million dollars and that he drop his custody claim on their son Sire in exchange for deleting the post.
They called that “extortion” and decided to sue.
The beef between 50 and Joy started after Fif mocked her for being named as a “sex worker” in one of the Diddy lawsuits.
