New York, NY – Gucci Mane’s 1017 Eskimo artist Yung Mal has a bright 2020 ahead. Fresh off the release of his 6 Rings project, he will undoubtedly be one of the leading voices on the upcoming Cold Day In Hell compilation album.

To booster his own album, he’s recruited director Qasquiat (of Lil Uzi Vert and Roddy Ricch fame) for the “Cocaine Freestyle.” Shot in Times Square and other various parts of New York City, the East Atlanta Santa’s helper flaunts his bands in public and brings his Bathing Ape fashion sense to the studio.

In a recent interview with RealStreetRadio, Yung Mal explained how his upbringing influenced his drive to win.

“It’s a time thing with Atlanta I’ll say, he said. “Atlanta is like Hollywood now where everyone wants to act but its just everyone wants to rap. If it’s for you it’s going to happen but for some folks, it doesn’t. There’s a support system in Atlanta but you have to make sure your business is good. All that on top of the competition in Atlanta where everybody is rapping you have to stay on top of it.”
