Young Dolph has made it quite clear he’s ending his career as an artist after clearing out his Instagram account and hinting at hanging up his trapper microphone.

“I’m done doing music so I can go kick it with my son,” Dolph told Complex on Wednesday (March 4).

Thursday (March 5) also marks the Memphis MC’s 35th birthday. He has since resumed Instagramming his rapper life, most notably the recently released “Hell Of A Life” video, which was featured on his 2019 collaborative album with Key Glock, Dum & Dummer.

Although it remains to be seen when Young Dolph’s swan song will actually hit the market, fans can take comfort in knowing he won’t stray too far from the Paper Route Empire he’s amassed over the years. Including the aforementioned Key Glock, Complex reports he’s “poised to be the new torch bearer” for acts such as Jay Fizzle, Big Moochie Grape, Kenny Muny, Bino Brown and more.

Dolph and Key Glock are currently full steam ahead with their No Rules Tour. Watch the “Hell Of A Life” video below.
