Florida’s first attempt to charge YNW Melly with the first-degree murder of his YNW crewmates Juvy and Sakchaser ended in a mistrial.

Melly will be re-tried in September.

He had been locked up without bail since the mistrial.

Today, the judge considered a new bond application.

He agreed that Melly should get bail.  But on only one of the six charges.  So Melly will remain locked up until he gets a verdict and perhaps beyond.
