It’s bewildering to YBN Nahmir that people would call him broke as he actually makes a $5,000 bag.

The remaining member of the YBN crew responded to a troll on Sunday (October 4), after they insinuated he was lacking in funds because he’d posted an ad on his Instagram page.

“This is how dumb this generation is lol,” he wrote with a retweet of the troll’s message. “Who wouldn’t make a simple Instagram post for $5,000? I guess I’m broke guys. Stay blessed child.”

Nahmir fell out with former YBN members Cordae and Almighty Jay over the summer, blaming the two for the group’s demise.

“They left this YBN shit in the gutter,” he tweeted in August. “Remember that. I’ll turn it up myself. #ybnNAHMIR”

Earlier in the year, he’d announced his debut album was done, though a full body of work has yet to materialize.

“Album done. Bet I go crazy,” he tweeted in May. “Dropped 2 songs this year that’s going crazy! It makes me happy as hell to know y’all still here. I love you.”

Nahmir’s debut mixtape Believe In The Glo dropped at the end of 2016. He followed up with introducing his former crew on his #YBN mixtape in 2017, then came with 2018’s gold-selling YBN: The Mixtape.

Last month, Nahmir teamed up with Yo Gotti for his latest single, “Pop Like This.” Listen to the Hitmaka-produced track below.
