Tay-K is currently on trial for the 2017 robbery and murder of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar, a photographer who was gunned down in San Antonio during an attempted robbery
This is separate from his 2019 conviction for the 2016 murder of Ethan Walker, for which he is serving a 55-year sentence.
Today, Tay’s ex-girlfriend Joanna Reyes — who was driving the car when Tay allegedly opened fire — testified against him.
Tay-K’s ex-girlfriend testified against him in court today.
She was the driver when Tay-K allegedly shot and killed a cameraman after attempting to rob him of his equipment.

She told the court that she saw him pull the trigger and end Saldivar’s life.
Reyes had initially been charged with capital murder, but had pleaded down to tampering with evidence.
