Carmelo Anthony wanted to party in Baltimore’s Fell’s Point neighborhood.

But the place he wanted to go was blocked off by the police.

And the police didn’t let Anthony in, even though he’s a hometown hero.

Melo didn’t take that well and conflict ensued.
