Wale has been rolling out his first album since 2021’s Florain III.

It doesn’t sound like it’s going that well.

The sensitive rapper has been out doing radio interviews, but believes radio personalities have been “backdooring him.”

“U fly to a city just to do radio  intvws..  stay and take photos and chop it up wit everyone .. just for them to backdoor you wit some BS soon as u leave ….  nasty business,” he typed on Twitter. “It’s some serious scumbags in this industry. I ain’t do press in 3 years and soon as I go back they try to tarnish my reputation for absolutely no reason … and as an artist what can u even do…this industry is fuckin insane.”

He added that he was done with radio interviews.

Wale had a string of number-one albums around a decade ago. However, his numbers have been getting slimmer since.

Do you think he can turn this around?
