Drake made his lawsuit against Universal for artificially boosting Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss “Not Like Us” official earlier this month.

Now, UMG is trying to use the LA fires to extend the deadline for their response to Drake’s complaint by 34 days.

If the judge grants the label the extension, they will get up to March 17 to respond rather than February 11.

Do you think the lawsuit will go to court or will Drake and Universal work things out behind the scenes?
