Tyga is no stranger to being sued and his landlord just dropped another lawsuit off at his doorstep. T-Raww stands accused of owing the landlord $32,000 in rent and damaging the kitchen counters, marble floors, walls, driveway and entry door. The landlord is suing T-Raww for an excess of $200,000 in damages and breach of contract.

On Thursday (November 12), Tyga took to social media in an attempt to clear his name by posting videos of different areas of the house looking spotless and none of the damage the landlord is claiming.

The damage specifics include $26,650 for gouges in the kitchen’s white oak flooring, $15,575 for damaging the marble floors and counters and $103,160 for wrecking the walls with his choice of murals and wallpaper.

In a statement released to TMZ, Tyga’s lawyer Mike Trauben says the lawsuit is “categorically frivolous and nothing more than a charade” to have Tyga give up his pursuit to get his security deposit back. Trauben also attached a letter to from the property manager saying his client paid rent on time and would be welcomed back as a customer to rent with the realtor whenever he’d want.

Tyga even joked about it on Instagram when posting up with five girls outside in bikinis.

“They said I can’t pay my rent,” the 30-year-old wrote. “Guess I’ll just sleep outside.”

In May, the landlord claimed he tried to settle with T-Raww in May, but the former Young Money rhymer refused to oblige. The legal docs try to pin driveway damage on a basketball hoop Tyga installed and the front door destruction on a new lock system Tyga had installed. The California native was also sued back in 2018 for failing to pay his rent tab on another Beverly Hills mansion.

The “Rack City” rapper doesn’t seem too worried, as he posted a photo relaxing and firing up his brand new PlayStation 5 on Friday (November 13).
