Milwaukee, WI – Travis Scott was really moved when he saw a fan going through chemotherapy celebrated another year of life by enjoying Scott’s new McDonald’s value meal.
A photo that fan Jonah DeToro shared of himself eating the meal at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin caught La Flame’s attention on Tuesday (September 8). And not only did the Astroworld rapper call DeToro his hero, he revealed plans to hook him up.
“Ur my hero!!!!” Sccott wrote in a retweet. “Anyway If I can make ur day better makes me happy !!! Imma try to get something up there to u kiddo.”

While he didn’t specify what he plans to gift the fan with, Scott has plenty of options. In addition to his custom value meal, the McDonald’s collaboration also features a 48-item merchandise collection that includes body pillows shaped like McNuggets, clutches shaped like Happy Meal boxes, tee-shirts, shorts, rugs and more. They’re available now for purchase on his website.
Scott celebrated the merch drop by surprising fans at the world’s oldest McDonald’s in Downey, California earlier on Tuesday. Pulling up in his red Ferrari, La Flame seemingly enjoyed the chaos he created and documented the experience on his social media as he turned up with the crowd.
The Travis Scott Meal is available at McDonald’s through October 4.
