One could say that Tory Lanez has been pretty productive during his 10-year prison sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Last month, the rapper said he “cracked the code” on how to make high-quality music over the prison phone. He then dropped his project, Prison Tapes, and people were impressed by how good it sounded.

Tory called streamer Adin Ross on Sunday, August 4, and said he’s doing wonderfully. He also talked about continuing his education behind bars.

“I’m great,” Tory told Ross. “I know that a lot of people sometimes when they hear prison or they hear somebody’s down, they think n*ggas’s in the corner somewhere bawling his eyes out.”

“A n*gga just graduated high school, enrolled in college,” he added. “Never thought I’d do that. But I’m taking this moment and I’m taking advantage over everything that’s good. I’m a f*cking a high school drop out that just graduated high school. That sh*t matters to me. So, it’s the small things that just have me feeling good about life right now.”
