Tory Lanez and Drake’s relationship has had its ups and downs.
However, Drake has been fairly supportive of his fellow Canadian since he got himself locked up for firing his weapon at Megan Thee Stallion.
Tory returned the favor during a chat from prison with the Full Send boys.
“I’m proud of the stance of any artist that goes against the bullsh*t that happens behind the scenes,” Tory said about Drake and his lawsuit against UMG. “That’s the reason why I went independent. ‘Cause y’all n*ggaas ain’t getting me with none of that. I’m not selling my soul, I’m not doing none of that weird sh&t, the rituals and all that sh*t that y’all n*ggas got going on. It’s very hard to be in a situation like Drake is going through right now where you’re going against the whole thing.”
