A few years back, the notorious Chiraq complex known as O-Block was sold to an unnamed property group.
The speculation was that the complex would be redeveloped and the current residents priced out.
That hasn’t happened.
But the price to rent a place in Parkway Gardens did just get a significant increase.
As you can see, the cheapest two-bedroom unit jumped from 1425 to 1925.
Will the savagery be able to continue at such prices?
